You're in the Right Place

I’m delighted you’re here. My clients carry a lot; busy schedules, constant demands, and very little time for themselves.

Located in a peaceful rural setting, I offer a range of therapies designed to be more than a moment of pampering. It’s a space to breathe, reset, and feel like yourself again.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or keeping up with impossible standards. It’s about giving yourself space to rest, reset, and feel cared for in a way that’s calm, steady, and real.

If you’re ready for a break, a real one, I’d love to welcome you.

step into calm

My treatment room is warm, private, and designed to help you unwind. Soft lighting, comfortable surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere create the perfect setting to let go of the day. This is where you can truly disconnect from everyday noise and reconnect with yourself.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the shift, giving you the space to settle in, breathe deeply, and fully relax.

Meet lindsay

I believe that true wellbeing comes from consistency, not quick fixes. After completing my diploma training in reflexology and holistic massage, I quickly realized what I loved most: seeing people walk out feeling lighter, calmer, and more like themselves.

Stepping into skincare was the next part of the journey – more than just a feeling, I could see noticeable results, with clients glowing both inside and out.

I’ve watched how these moments help women feel more confident, and more connected to their own wellbeing. Those changes matter. They last.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and focused on you. You don’t need to change yourself, you are already a beautiful human being.

Lindsay Ferry - New Pathways Holistic Therapies Donegal

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy designed to restore balance within the body and mind. At New Pathways, I offer facial, foot, ear and cranial reflexology, each working on specific reflex points to encourage deep relaxation, improve energy flow, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology can help reduce stress, ease tension, support pain relief, and promote emotional and mental wellbeing, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and re-energised.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing therapy rooted in the ancient Ayurvedic tradition. Focusing on the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back, it helps to release tension, calm the mind, and rebalance the body’s energy, promoting relaxation, clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Zone Face Lift

Zone Face Lift is a unique, natural facial treatment that lifts, tones, and revitalises the face while promoting deep relaxation. Combining facial reflexology, pressure-point massage, Native American healing techniques, Japanese facial massage, and Gua Sha, it helps release tension in the facial muscles and connective tissue, leaving the skin refreshed, balanced, and glowing.

Facials And Skincare

Facials & Skincare at New Pathways are designed to nourish, rebalance, and revitalise your skin. Using professional, high-quality products such as Clinicare, Eve Taylor and Esse, each treatment is customised to your individual needs, leaving your skin feeling refreshed, radiant, and deeply cared for.

Holistic Massage

Holistic Massage is a calming, therapeutic treatment rooted in ancient healing traditions. It works with the whole body to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance. At New Pathways, sessions can be tailored to your needs, whether you choose a full-body massage or focused work on specific areas to support relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Energy Healing

Energy Healing is a gentle, nurturing therapy that supports balance across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. Through light touch, it works with your energy field to encourage the body’s natural healing processes, promoting deep relaxation, inner calm, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

Facial Cupping

Facial Cupping is a gentle, non-invasive treatment using soft silicone cups to stimulate circulation and encourage natural lifting and toning of the skin. Rooted in ancient healing traditions, it helps release facial tension, boost radiance, and leave the skin feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, for all therapies & treatments, I require a consultation form to be filled in - don't worry I offer a quick online option if you would prefer but it enables me to make sure I can treat you safely, it is important for my insurance so that I am looking after clients and it allows me to tailor a treatment to your needs. All consultations and any information shared with me is held in the strictest confidence.

Yes, I am a member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (M.N.R.R.I. - see more here) and this provides assurance to my clients that I hold my diploma qualification and that I treat in accordance with their professional standards of excellence and within their code of ethics. My diplomas in both Reflexology and Holistic Massage are with ITEC. ITEC qualifications are globally recognised and respected, providing assurance of quality and competence to clients. I also hold therapist's insurance for the benefit of my clients and myself.

Each appointment will vary in time depending on the treatment, the booking page will have information on with actual hands-on treatment time and the appointment slot will also have extra time for your arrival and greeting plus your aftercare. Contact me directly if you have any questions.

It's a good idea to not eat anything heavy before you arrive. Please do not consume alcohol beforehand. It is always recommended not to drink alcohol afterwards. I will give you full aftercare advice after each appointment based on the treatment that you have had.

For all my facial treatments, hot towel cleansing is included as part of the routine, so if you arrive with makeup that's no problem at all, just be aware that your makeup will be removed as part of the treatment, except for facial reflexology as I also include a hot towel cleanse but if you need to have your makeup intact afterwards I can adapt the treatment for you.

A lot of my therapies/treatments are suitable for anyone but there are some reasons why I cannot offer particular sessions depending on what your history is (contraindications) and the consultation will form the basis of my recommendations - you can send me a message to check anything specific though.

I am fully qualified and registered with the National Register of Reflexologist Ireland (see their site here) so If your insurance has an allowance for reflexology (this covers feet, face & cranial) then I can provide you with a receipt to allow you to claim with all major providers in Ireland including HSF, Level Health, Laya, VHI, Irish Life Health & Westfield Health.

No. I hold a diploma in Anatomy & Physiology but reflexologists are not medically trained. If you are feeling unwell you should seek advice from a medical expert, however reflexology can help with certain ailments and conditions once they are diagnosed.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please make sure you do it 24 hours in advance - I am a small business owner and this really helps me plan my diary and offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting. If you cancel with me less than 24 hours in advance, I charge 50% of the appointment fee. If you do not cancel and fail to show up your full payment will be taken.

If you are booked in for a treatment and you have experienced an injury, sunburn, have a sudden onset of illness including a fever, please contact me as soon as possible. If you have a contagious condition, infection or virus such as athletes foot, warts or verruca, cold sores, please contact me in advance of your appointment so I can assess and offer you the best options for treatment.

For holistic therapies there are no age limits, if you book an appointment for anyone under the age of 16 I ask that a parent/Guardian be present in the treatment room for the full duration.

Firstly, please don't panic and feel stressed, this happens to everyone sometimes! Depending on how late you are, I will give you the maximum time I can to perform a full routine, but if I have another client booked in then I may need to adapt the treatment to suit the remaining time that you have booked with me.

Room to breathe. Time to reset.
